Natural cosmetics handmade in Geneva.

Our products are artisanal cosmetics handmade in Geneva. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only; slight variations in colour, scent or appearance are inherent to artisanal production and do not constitute a defect.

Our products are intended for external cosmetic use. Please read the list of ingredients carefully in case of allergy or particular sensitivity.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including any applicable taxes. They may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

Any delivery charges are indicated before the order is confirmed.

The order is confirmed once the cart and payment are validated. A summary is sent to you by email.

So You Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error or a prior dispute with the customer.

Payment is made online by bank card via our secure payment provider SumUp. Your card details are processed directly by the provider and are never stored by So You Cosmetics.

The order is processed after payment confirmation.

We deliver within Switzerland. Economy delivery is free on orders over CHF 150.-. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days, excluding public holidays and vacation periods.

Free in-store pickup is available at 3 av. Pictet-De-Rochemont, 1207 Geneva, during opening hours. Delivery times are given as a guide and any delay shall not give rise to cancellation or compensation.

In accordance with Swiss law, distance purchases do not benefit from a legal right of withdrawal. As a commercial gesture, an unopened product in perfect condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to our prior agreement; return costs are borne by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been unsealed, opened or used cannot be taken back or exchanged.

Products are warranted against defects in accordance with articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Any defect or delivery error must be reported to us without delay at contact@soyoucosmetics.com, with photographs if possible.

Workshops are offered by reservation, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with limited availability on Sundays and Mondays. The price and duration are specified at the time of booking.

Any cancellation by the customer must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the workshop may be charged. If So You Cosmetics cancels, a new date will be offered or the amount refunded.

As our products are natural and artisanal, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of the ingredients with their skin. So You Cosmetics cannot be held liable for a reaction linked to an allergy or improper use. Within the limits permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
